"Room was disgusting and I dont scare easily. I always check for b-bugs and I am glad I did. The mattress was filthy, stains and moldy smelling, with some suspicious brown shell like pieces in the cracks and duvet seams. I changed rooms and although the mattress was cleaner, the sheets and duvet were stained. The hotel itself is internally in poor shape. I dont think the owners / manager care much. Both rooms had empty soap dispensers. Breakfast was ok. Front staff were pleasant. "

"The staff was rude and gave zero direction they act like I was bothering them to ask where my room was even at I was misled about breakfast until after I checked in I was charged a deposit that I was not told about the room was dirty. the sheets was dirty. The whole entire hotel smelled of smoke. It was an absolute letdown to stay at this hotel."

"The pool is not open for remodeling. The staff were rude and hateful to us and our children. We booked several rooms for a cheer comp and we asked them to be put together, I called when we booked, can one week before and the day before and day off to make sure all the rooms where together and we ended up being on all different floors. The breakfast was not really good. There was mold under the sink area in our room. "

"Rooms look like the inside cabin, in the hull of a cruise ship. So tiny, no sitting area, staff had terrible attitude. I checked out a day early and the desk clerk told me I could not checkout until the next day and I left, I had a plane to catch. What property tell you, you can’t leave? I will never stay here again. AND people were smoking in their rooms on the second floor and nothing happened even though it’s a smoke free property."

"Well, when we went to go check in, we could not even though we got there at 6 o’clock so we had to come back at seven and there was still food in the refrigerator from the previous guest and in the drawers there wasn’t enough towels in the bathroom and there was still hair in the shower and garbage in the bathroom on the floor! "
