「We stayed over before flying out of Buffalo. The real stars of the show were the incredible employees. We left before breakfast time, so I can't really say much, I did notice at 4 am there was coffee ready and I greatly appreciate that.」

「I had accidentally left a dress shirt hanging in the closet with 3 hangers. They claimed they did not have them when i called. Positive they were there because i did not have them when i left! My fault, just don't leave anything, you'll never see it again. 」

「The room was very clean, smelled really nice, and was thoughtfully laid out. The staff were all super helpful and courteous, they've been very professional each time I've stayed. The restaurants and bars are immaculate and serve delicious food and drinks, and all the staff there were attentive and accommodating and very friendly. The only cons I could list were that the spa closed very early, it seems like a 4pm close time on a Saturday is a little strange especially when check-in is at 3, and...

「I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. The living conditions and environment are acceptable, and the price of the room I booked is quite...
