「Overall, a Very Disappointing Stay — Definitely Not a 5-Star Experience! I honestly don’t understand how this hotel can be rated 5 stars. We stayed at several genuine 5-star hotels during our trip to Italy, and the difference in quality, service, and overall experience was night and day. Unfortunately, Hotel Vesuvio falls far below expectations. 1. €40 for overnight parking! Charging hotel guests €40 just to park for one night feels insulting, especially at a supposedly luxurious hotel. 2....

「有接駁車到市區」

「I had to change the room due to terrible WiFi connection and unbearable noise from neighbors room due to old plumbing system. The second room has better WiFi but only one electrical socket is useful. And you can not use iron and the kettle at the same time as the circuit breaker will shut off! And the bathroom floor is very slippery. I almost fell down a few times. Only beautiful part is the top roof terrace. 」

「Check in and out really fast and help to book taxi to airport, good place to discover the nearby.」

「若有大件行李，從車站到飯店有段距離，石板路行李不好托」

「非常美，服务，地段都相当的好」

「Excellent air conditioned & quiet room. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are too soft and low. Proximity to transports, a supermarket, restaurants, sight-seeing tours and the airport.」

「Location is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel room is clean with nice view. 」

「It located at a convenient location(for shopping or metro). But there is a smell on towel and bathroom(it's not stinky, but I don't like it.) If there is lighter and they provide tissue in room would be better.」

「Good central location close to Sorrento train station and main shopping street. Buffet breakfast with beautiful dining area. The hotel is old and dated fittings could be visibly seen in the room. We disliked the air-con & ventilation most, as according to reception, it would function only when we set it at least 2 degree higher than current in-room temperature. We wanted anything below 24 degree and end up not having ventilation for the night.」

「Clean room 」
