"Nearly 20 years of repeat returns. We love this little retro gem. We know what to expect every time we arrive. Staff are all awesome and personable, ground crew is busy and maintains the area all through the morning The Restaurant has good food at good prices. Shout out to the servers Rueben and Shila. Great service and very personable. We come for the healing waters and the experience and always find good people from all walks of life to talk with. A few simple rules to adhere to make this place a perfect relaxation spot . It's not the newest or upgraded resort but it's got character. "

"The manager, Juan, deserves a HUGE raise. He turned this property from a bland Motel 6, into a true Palm Springs resort. We’ve stayed here many times, because we travel with our cat, and it’s a different property under his leadership. This has become a totally different place because of Juan. "

"The staff were rude and seemed completely uninterested in guest concerns. There were also children loitering around the property late at night, knocking on doors and pranking guests while they were trying to sleep. Despite this being reported, the staff did nothing to address the situation. It made for a very unpleasant stay."

"I am all for basics when not spending much time on property, but for $125/night, seems reasonable to expect decent towels, shampoo, soap, extra blanket. Our towels were so thin, small bar of soap, no shampoo, no extra blanket, sink falling off wall so anything set on the sink fell off, grungy bathroom, and no place to set toiletries. I would not stay here again"
