The staff was nice. Check in was great. The room was just ok. I didn't like the fact that they never came and cleaned the room in the whole 3 days we were there. I even had to ask for clean towels one day. They could do better with that. Others than that it was good

A decent place to stay

It is a nice place to stay and feels safe . Although I registered online on the Hotels . com website, when I checked in I was told that I had to pay $ 50.00 deposit for " incidentals " which was not mentioned on the website when I checked in so that caught me off guard .

Room was clean but unable to take a shower due to very Hot 🔥 hot water only. NO cold water. My Sisters room also had problems with the shower, the divider' was not working so No shower for them either. Their TV went off by itself while sleeping early morning . There was no breakfast no coffee like they advertised. Oh! It was raining and the building was leaking by the stair way pretty bad. No good experience. Staff were nice 👍

It was cool that they were located in a spot where we can in and out of the parking area. Overall our experience was ok. Customer service was awesome, just do not think we will come back if the rooms are not going to be clean or the sheets being stained or with burn holes in them.

Had a quiet stay here and was very satisfied with hotel front desk manager . I arrived late in the night after work and the front desk manager was available to help me .

Besides the rain pouring on you as you stood in the office waiting to check in and no one there to check you in. Waiting for about 10 min ringing the bell for service. Oh it gets better as we walk to the room a group of college age kids hanging out in the walkway smoking their weed with no concern about who else was around or had to walk through them. The room was so gross! Dogs had chewed the doorways scratched up the floors and walls. The floors were so dirty and the walls filthy not to mention the drapes were so filthy and stained. I didn’t even walk half way in the room and said LETS GO!! We walked back to the front desk and canceled our room! Perfect for college kids for a cheap stay but I would NEVER recommend this place! Oh yeah they say they have a free continental breakfast that’s a big lie the health department has a sign up saying they cannot serve any food!! The Holiday Inn down the street was amazing breakfast and all!!

We only stayed one night the first room the air conditioner was not working. Assigned to the second floor as going up the stairs the railing was dirty and sticky. The beds were very comfortable. There was no Kleenex no mat for the shower therefore I did not shower for fear of slipping. Will not be staying there again.

Our trip was very nice. The room was spacious. The bathroom was clean, as well as the linen, except the floor of the room, and it has a very strong odor and the refrigerator was humming.

Room was in magor need of repair. Floor was uneven, furniture was battered, shower had hair in it, ceiling had an attic cover that was patially open, smoke detector was covered with some sort of paper. The bed was very comfortable!

After a long day of Christmas shopping We checked in. Walked in the room used the bahtroom and 2 cacaroaches were in there. Stains on the sheets. The mirror was so stained . 5 mins and i walked out and asked for my refund. My family and i decided to just drive home. Awful.

Beds were actually very comfortable. Staff was trying to be accommodating. No screen on the window so we couldn’t open the window. Found a “fake” black widow chilling by the AC unit. Ice machine doesn’t work but they did deliver ice to our room. Paint peeling. Bathtub stained. Walls were sticky.

We will not say there again ..

114* day.. room - no A/C- try to fix the screwdriver.. Sheets had blood , sand- They have not been changed.. Bathtub is blue like with some cleaning product no toilet paper and no towels. Wanted us to stay if we change the sheets. We got our money back And left. They were friendly enough.

About what you'd expect from a Days Inn

I mean, it's a place to sleep, and that's all I was looking for; but I still think it may have been worth it to spend a little more just to have peace of mind when it came to cleanliness. Everything definitely looks a little (or a lot) worn out. From the squeaky door when you enter the reception area, to the exposed wires along the stairs, and the parts of our room that either didn't work or were not cleaned thoroughly; its clear that this place needs a lot of maintenance. Our toilet lid wasn't on the tank, but rather on the floor, and clearly cracked, do we didn't attempt to put it back on. Also there were used toiletries from another guest left behind in the shower, which just seemed like lazy cleaning. Overall, I was just grateful to have a safe place to stay while out of town. I found the beds comfortable, and our towels were replaced by housekeeping (although not all of them, but thats fine), they also emptied our trash which I was grateful for.
