Unfortunately, in our first room, the microwave did not work at all so they switched us to another room where there were two microwaves. One did not work, but the other one did work. Also, our first room seemed to have all of the pots and pans that we would have needed in the second room. So I guess if you need pots and pans and cups and things like that at the front desk because...

「The shuttle was great. Jeff I will get you where you need. Emerald and Jeff were great when the pool was out of order. They shuttled us to a sister hotel. That sister hotel was rude, but great pool. 」
