"Toilet does not have the pressure and the hotel does not subscribe to any kind of channels. Receptionist on the phone while we were leaving and only said said something when I was about 4 feet away"

"The staff were very nice. They actually had conversations with the guest and were welcoming. The breakfast in the restaurant was horrible. I had chicken and waffles with gravy. It was nasty. The coffee was overpriced $5 for a cup of black coffee is ridiculous. The hotel's coffee machine was down and I refused to purchase coffee in the restaurant. I walked a mile to the convention center to get free coffee there. I'd definitely go back but I'd avoid their restaurant. They look like an older hotel that attempted to update itself. The rooms are small and more attention to detail needs to be paid with the pillowcases and sheets. "

"The staff were OUTSTANDING!! Every single one of them were welcoming and just all around chill. Breakfast was so bomb and the overall scenery was really really nice. My room was clean (although there was a creepy crawly in the bathroom but that could’ve came from anywhere and it was literally 1 over the course of my entire stay) "

"The breakfast was to expensive for the same food also there was no soap to bath with just lotion the dishes were still in the dishwasher also tjere were no hotel carts available only one for that big hotel now the staff all nice also ot was 845am and the housekeeping staff knocked on the door wanting to clean the room "

"I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at Marriott Hotels. For what is supposed to be a higher-end resort experience, the service and cleanliness were far below expectations. I couldn’t even enjoy the water because there were multiple lizards inside, which was shocking and unsanitary. The food was also disappointing — I ordered a chicken salad by the pool and it was clearly not fresh. My shower looked dirty, which made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, valet service was unacceptable. We waited around 30 minutes for our vehicle after paying $143, which is outrageous for the level of service provided. Overall, this was not a pleasant or relaxing stay, and for the price charged, I expected much higher standards in cleanliness, food quality, and customer service."

"Coffe drinkers beware! The location is great. It's nestled away from most everything. There is a nice Greek/Med restaurant, Niko Niko's in the parking lot. There is highway noise as it is near freeway and frontage road. I would give it 5 star but 2 things kept it back. The coffee is terrible. And the coffee cups are worse. The cups are "echo friendly" and begin deteriorating as soon as the coffee goes in. So I quickly downed bad hot coffee each morning. I had to get good coffee later. I'll go some where different next time. Coffee is the most important meal of the day and I would rather pay 20 bucks more a night for a good coffee experience."
