They love the breakfast which cannot be better. Just fantastic food. Again, staff is so accommodating and just a joy. We will be back again since we only stay at Best Western Plus in Dubuque. 」

「Check in smooth. Staff is friendly, Only problem was the hallway to casino closed. They did have a shuttle for the 2 block walk. Temperature outside was very cold so we used the shuttle.」
