「This hotel was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, so helpful and so nice. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. We had a river view and it was beautiful. 「After an early morning flight, we arrive tired but my wife and I were quickly cheered up by a warm greeting from Marcy. Our room was ready even though we were a couple of hours early. All the staff were cheerful and helpful with ideas on where to eat and how to get to the subway. Great location to explore Old Montreal.」

「The room was not just well designed but comfortable. I especially liked the bench in the bathroom. Most hotels barely have a hook, so the bench was a plus. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely stay again here on my next visit. Thank you for a great stay!」

「THIS is a wonderful property, combining historic building and industrial style interior.. a full kitchen. You could stay here in Room 202 for a month! Happily! Good internet, water pressure, super central in Old Montreal. Highly recommend. 」

「Hotel staff was efficient, friendly and responsive, some of the best service I have ever had. Our suite was very nice but could use some maintenance, i.e. hot tub did not work. vanity light came on and off. Maintenance staff was prompt in responding but maybe overworked?」

「Excellent location. The most friendly and helpful staff ever. There are 3 steps going into the hotel if you are mobility challenged, but good elevator once in. The breakfast area is also down some steps. Getting there was an issue because taxi and uber can't drive within blocks of this hotel due to road renovation. Have to drag your luggage over pads, steel pads, and gravel to get to the hotel. The hotel does have a taxi service that will come get your luggage and help you get to the taxi...

「在我這次Quebec City及Montreal的旅程中住了幾間酒店，這間酒店是全個行程最好一間！(包括價錢不便宜的Quebec City城堡酒店) 清潔很好、房間size很好、冷氣很好、床鋪很好、洗手間一流！如果要更上一層樓，可以留意前台職員，幾個女孩子都沒有笑容，沒有招呼，但幾位男士則很好，有笑容有禮貌。可以的話，酒店正大堂入口，可以放置藝術品、乾花或多點燈飾就更完美！」

「Our stay was great! The staff at the front desk were terrific. Front lobby and bar were comfortable and welcoming. Parking was easy in the underground lot, which is clean and brightly lit. I also liked that the garage was secure. The room was newly renovated, clean and the beds were so comfortable! There is a room on each floor with an ice machine, and a locker with extra towels, bedding and some toiletries. This was so helpful for when we needed extra towels. No need to call housekeeping!...
