「入住當天房間還沒準備好，delay 30分鐘才入房，所以入住的時候房間地板濕濕的，拉著行李進去，所以地板都弄髒了，廁所地板也是濕的，感覺不舒服」

「The property seems to be conscious of environmental issues, but it could make the separation of breakfast remains by guests much easier if there were more explicit instructions for what goes in recycling and what doesn’t. (I can’t remember if they have a composting option.) Travellers coming from outside Montreal don’t know what Montreal’s regulations are and if they are like me, prefer not to have to guess.」

「The shuttle bus driver that day (11th morning) is a racist. There were altogether two passengers on the bus (including me). The driver kindly asked another passenger at which gate he would like to alight. Then, when arrived, that passenger alighted and gave the driver tips. The driver then shouted at me: “you, get off here!” And then asked me, “any tips?” Of course in this case, I would not tip. I didn’t answer and simply alighted there as he said.
