"The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we were told that our room had been upgraded which was a very pleasant surprise. Our room was very clean and comfortable and modern. The bathroom and shower were very luxurious We did not eat or drink at the hotel but that is only because we like to eat out in the many restaurants when on a city break and no reflection on the hotel at all"

"This was our first stay at Hotel Polski Pod. We arrived late at night but received a friendly professional welcome. A pleasant well kept building combining traditional features with sympathetic modern updates. Conveniently located a short walk up a quiet side street just far enough away from bustling nightlife of Krakow. Our bedroom was spotlessly clean and plenty warm enough despite the cold weather. All staff were pleasant and helpful. The breafast offers plenty of continental choice and some hot items ie bacon, eggs, sausages but not 'Full English'. However we would happily return here."

Room was warm (not over hot) and comfortable at the back of the building, so no street noise. Windows opened for ventilation. Beds and pillows comfortable. Great shower pressure. "
