"The property is nice but is lacking:` The property management team never answers the phone and will keep you on hold for several minutes before putting you to vm. IF you call after 4 or 5pm do not expect a call back until the next day. Same for email. Nothing until next day. Had one key and had to ask for another key but once again the mgt team did not get back to us until next day. So we had two families with two separate cars. Meaning we could not go our separate ways. "This house was one of the highlights of our trip to Aruba. Great modern space, clean, well-maintained and safe. There wwre 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 kids. It had all the amenities we needed i.e multiple bathrooms, dishwasher, laundry, safe, even beach chairs! They had all the kitchenware too! I just wished they had seasonings other than salt & pepper. We did have to get additional items (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc as they only provided for about 2-3 days worth)....
