「Location to beach and restaurants was excellent . Condo was very nice and clean. Has everything you need .」

「Property was pitiful, small, dirty, bugs, inadequate shower, couldn’t flush toilet paper, was told by checking host we needed to put to in the trash and not the toilet. Extremely small room, air didn’t work and no lock on the door. Want a full refund, didn’t stay ever one hour.」

「We had a great stay. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. It was a short walk to Eagle beach. I'd stay there again.」

「I got a call from the owner a week before my stay requesting that I cancelled my reservation on Expedia to do it directly on the White Lotus website for personal gain purposes. Not the best way to start my vacation. I denied that request, and I feel like me and my family got the worst room of the hotel. My bed was broken and the bathroom light didn’t work. I wouldn’t book this again. 」

「This condo was lovely! It was central, very comfortable, modern and clean. The pool and grounds were very nice with enough comfortable lawn chairs. Upon arrival though, we waited some time while the correct property manager was found for our condo rental. Albert, our security guard and another property manager onsite were helpful in determining and locating which property manager our booking was under. Eventually, the correct property manger was found and arrived to let us into our condo. ...

「Appartement ne correspondant pas aux photos de l'annonce. Pas propre du tout, poussière, saleté, sol de la douche répugnant, cafards dans la salle de bain et chambre à coucher. En arrivant, le sol était sale, on voit que le ménage est bâclé. Mais surtout, l'appartement n'est pas entretenu. Plus jamais! Seul avantage, le site de la résidence est agréable. Belle piscine et jolie espace barbecue. 」
