「Cabin was very very clean. Such a cute place! It is in a neighborhood, with houses very close. There are privacy fences all around, but this is not a cabin out in the woods. Plenty of room for the four of us. Central to everything we wanted to see and very close to Flagstaff. There is no a/c upstairs, but the fan did the trick! Check in was quick and easy! We really enjoyed our stay here, highly recommend!」

「Wonderful home. Great layout, beautifully decorated, and clean. Great communication by both the owner and property manager. Lots of amenities including bottled water and a large selection of tea and k-cup coffee. Would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend to others.」

「Wasn’t the cleanest. We arrived after a storm and the yard had chairs and umbrellas blown around. The bathroom locks from the outside and is very dirty around the shower. The pool was green until we tested water and treated it. The thermostat kept going back to 82. Every window in the house was unlocked upon arrival. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. Inadequate ac in the pool table room. Pictures definitely should be updated.」

「We absolutely loved the house and location. House was spotless, pool recently cleaned. They had everything we could need and some. I had to put the glass tables in the garage because I have a 1 year old. The garage remote did not work either but we didn’t use it anyways. We will be staying there again in the future :) 10/10」

「The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.」

「We stayed here so we could visit the Grand Canyon. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked with necessities, and conveniently located for many outing options. The host is very responsive & helpful. We would definitely stay here again.」
