「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure...

「Everything was clean and tidy, staff helpful and courteous, food pretty good (decent breakfast buffet and dinner menu). A little chilly in the room even with the temp set to 26 but otherwise extremely comfortable room. 」

「Convenient location for Gatwick and long-term parking options. 16th century building with bedrooms in character separate block. Upstairs bedrooms only accessible by steps but large size with King bed, chair and desk. Large bathroom and good shower. Very good breakfast with locally sourced ingredients and large portions. We were a late check in and manager brought us bottles from the bar to our room. Would stay again for sure.」

「It's quite good for my stay. I stayed in a room in the top floor. The staircase is a bit narrow, so you will find it more convenient if you don't have a big suitcase. The location is great. It's close to attractions in Brighton. I parked my car in the main street and just walked to the attractions.」
