「If you are looking for an all inclusive in Cartagena then look no further. Not many hotels in the area offer all inclusive like in other countries. This hotel is located on the beach which is the best thing since it is semi private. As a tourist trust me this is what you want. Public beaches are crowded and full of vendors trying to hustle you. 「Since i arrive the first day. The room was not able to habitat. The air conditioner wasnt working good. I have to ask to move me to another room. The faucet were broken a lamp wasnt working. The stuff wasnt comunicate nice. They dot have manners. I wont never stay at any intercontinetal anymore. Terrible experience 」

「The rooms were very nice and cleaned everyday, the staff very attentive and always called us by name which made us feel very special, the location was excellent in the center of town but not so that it made it noisy or dangerous, finally air conditioning worked properly.」

「The rooms were beautiful. Staff super friendly. The breakfast incuded a hot drink and cold drink plus a meal. I recommend the lemonade. It is freshly squeezed. If you prefer your coffee, latte, cappuccino sweet, make sure to ask for sugar. They will bring it all to your room. We had the waffles w fruit and the perico (eggs) with arepa. Delicious!!!! The staff was so nice and friendly. Every person we encountered was great and very helpful. They gave suggestions and told us where we can go....
