"The staff is exceptional! They are the warmest and most helpful hotel staff I have met in a long time. This also includes the valet drivers and I know they are contracted, but they are exceptional. The hotel is very clean, our room was great and everything we needed. There’s a cool restaurant bar downstairs that on a warm day opens up to the sidewalk. It is one block off try and so very central to what we wanted downtown. We would absolutely book here again. "

"Literally right across the street from the Spectrum Center and the Transit system. Nice size room. Decent free breakfast. The lobby smells amazing…… just wish they served dinner/roomservice. "

"The location was excellent, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. A small continental breakfast would be appreciated for guests who don’t have time for a sit down breakfast but need a “quick bite”. Thank you!"

"The room was nice & clean upon arrival, had somewhat of a stale smell but nothing crazy. Valet & check in staff were welcoming and friendly , as well as the bartender. Only issue we had , a random storm hit CLT in the midst of our stay & the window was persistently leaking - the carpet near the window stayed wet after that. "

"Very small (but beautiful) rooms. Not much storage in ours. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly. Easy access to transportation. Great location for food, the park, the river, and the art museum. "

"Overall property was great close especially if you are coming to any sporting events everything is within walking distance. Also from the valet and all staff inside of hotel everyone was helpful. I did not try out the gym but everything was great for the price to be in Uptown Charlotte. "

"Le Meridien caught my eye when I was searching online for a place to stay while visiting Charlotte. Upon arrive, the valet greeted me, and offer service and directions. The parking area was well lit at night. The receptionists were kind and welcoming. The check in process was smooth and informative. The lobby, amenities, and elevators were clean. Everything functioned properly. The room was clean and spacious. It was on a high floor with a city view. The bed slept comfortably. The bathroom was small, but worked for what it's there for. Show pressure and temperature were great. The gym provided enough options for a good workout and cardio. The food provided by the restaurant was very good. Checkout was a breeze. I would stay at this location again. 5 star!"
