「Our stay at the Carlton House was pleasant. The owner was accommodating when I realized we would b on the 2nd floor and would have difficulty climbing the stairs. She quickly made arrangements with first floor accommodation as well as handicap parking right in of front of our apt. The grounds were nice with a pool and several sitting areas along with gas grills. It was a short walk (aprox 3 min walk to the beautiful Upham beach on St. Pete. 「Our room was spotless and nicely remodeled. It was the perfect size for two adults and our 10yo. If you plan to spend much time hanging out in the room, it’s a little small. We spent our time outdoors and it was perfect for showers, getting ready, and sleeping. Robert was welcoming and provided us with local recommendations for restaurants. 「The Sea Jay Motel was the best location and one of the best finds our family during spring break! We were able to walk everywhere including the beach! There was ample space for our family of four and the new renovated pool was amazing! We will definitely look into staying here again when we return to Treasure Island/St. Pete’s Beach area! 」
