"All the restaurants in this hotel were amazing. The food did not lack for flavor. Would recommend to anyone. The room was clean. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. The service in the hotel was fantastic. No one was ever rude to us. "

"The check-in was very poor as Wendy took a long time , gave off a vibe that she was displeased with us and only spoke with my wife. When we had problems with the room key not functioning, she told us that we had not closed the door correctly. When we mentioned that the water temperature in the shower cycled on its own from hot to cold to hot we were told how to operate the handle as if we had never used a shower before It also seems that security for strangers using elevators is also lax. There are other good hotels in the area such as the Hyatt and the Hilton. They are both superior "

"Room was dirty. Spider webs and ants everywhere. No hot water in the shower. Was luke warm at best. Reported to front desk and they gave several stories but said hot water would be back with hour. 24 hours later, hot water was still unavailable. Restaurant and bar were nice. I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking to be confortable and get good rest. "

"Casa Loreto is a beautifully renovated old hacienda, elegant, sophisticated and timeless. We stay six days and enjoyed the pool, and steam bath. Our room had a patio with a hot tub. The hotel is located about a 25 minutes walk from the Main Plaza and Montejo Avenue. One complaint is their restaurant, it is not good and not recommended. "
