「I have previously reviewed how terrible this place was, but this is an update on their management. I booked a stay for May 7–10, 2026. The property was so filthy that we absolutely could not stay. My son has autism, and the overwhelming smell was a major issue for both him and myself. After I left my initial review, management contacted me. Because I gave a 24-hour cancellation notice, I expected that at least two out of the three nights would be refunded. So far, I have received NOTHING. Not...

「Very nice river view in our room. Only issue is that shuttle service not available to and from Airport. There are two shuttles on property but are only used for airport staff and not hotel guests. Even if there was a nominal charge we should have been able to use shuttle as taxi service is very unreliable and lengthy. We waited over an hour at airport for taxi.」

「The hotel room was spacious and very nice. The coffee table was damaged and needed to be replaced. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The entire hotel is well kept up and beautiful. It just needed a new coffee table.」

「For the price my family paid, it was very underwhelming. The room was hot; the door didn't lock properly; it was clean but not well-maintained; and it lacked nutritious food. I would expect this from a cheap hotel, but not one that is more than $130 a night.」

「Far from Downtown, on the main road (noisy), broken tiles in bathroom, air conditioner loud and did not cool the room much, single-ply toilet paper, no shampoo/conditioner, door lock very difficult to open with actual brass key. Room was clean. Pricepoint was good but not considering the condition. We were disappointed.」

「Scott, the front desk manager, was very courteous and helpful. On the downside, the TVs remote systems were both very confusing to use. Simple things like figuring out what channel to turn to ....very complicated, little navigating to find the channel guide! Not exactly like some systems as Holiday Inn or Hilton properties use like DIRECTV.」

「We stayed in a 2 queen bedroom in June 2026. The room was very old fashioned looking with old furniture. The mattresses were like cement. The room had bugs crawling around in the bathroom area and in the tub. We spent a lot of time killing bugs. The microwave was hiding inside a cupboard on a shelf about one inch above the ground. Really hard to use it when it's basically sitting on the floor. The refrigerator was also on the same level, and it was permanently set at a higher than normal temp (...

「It’s was the most affordable option, clean, but the bed was not great and you get what you paid for. I liked that it didn’t have carpet, and I liked that the AC blew cold….reminded me of a motel 6 but a little more modernish」
