This is the second time we’ve come that the hot tub wasn’t working, and it’s part of the reason we choose this property. Aside from that, the pool was a nice temp, the property has been updated since we were there last, the staff are friendly and helpful, it’s quiet aside from the road traffic (which can’t be helped), and it’s pretty clean and well kept.

I booked the property online. I was thinking because it was a Wyndham property it would be a decent property. The property was run down and room wasn't much better. The bathroom had broken and missing floor tiles. The bathroom door would not such properly. The closest door was missing. The wall paint and texture left a lot to be desired,

The room was spacious and the bed was fine. The room was dated. There was mold on the walls and a part was falling in, and it needs painted. Everything was acceptable for the price. You can tell they do the minimum because of the price and location. It was quiet and we slept well. Breakfast again was minimum. They had waffles, but we're out of potatoes and milk. No one was working the breakfast area, the front desk guy had to check on it. Again, minimum effort. Again, clean and comfortable to stay, but 3 is all I give them.

Poorly maintained and filthy, including: Dirty floors, tub, and shower Dust/grime on surfaces Mildew and dirty caulking, large cracks Bugs (earwigs +) An open pipe with no cap A hole in the wall left unpatched - dusty, so not new Space open under exterior doors to the rooms Non-functional thermostats No window screens Stained furniture and bedding , When we complained to the front desk, we were given a slightly better, still dirty room We were told that since the reservation was through a booking company they couldn't discount or refund us. Don't waste your money or ruin your trip by staying here.

Unfortunately the sheet on the king bed kept coming off as one turned in the bed. The hot water took a long time to come - had to run the sink and the tub water to finally get hot water so there was a lot of wasted water.

The property is centrally located and access is easy Property maintenance is average, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The pool and the hot tub were closed which was disappointing. The air conditioning worked well but was loud, the controls were at the shin level.. Overall, I'd say this is a 3.5 to 4.0 property.
