The hotel quality was expected. The hot tub was off limits for some reason. The room had an amazing large flat screen, but the only way you could watch it is if you had streaming services. We didn’t, so we purchased some. Had to buy monthly packages, only to find afterward that the shows worth watching cost extra once you bought the subscription. Now, for the record, the tv did have some free stuff to watch, such as the 1st season of Alf, and a few Honeymooners episodes. But give me a freaking break! This is the first hotel I’ve ever been to that had such a poor tv setup, and it cost way more to stay there because of all the apps we had to buy. And after buying them, finding out it was going to cost even more to actually get something worth watching. I’m not even an avid tv watcher. But in the winter, when the sun goes down by 5pm and there isn’t a hot tub that they’ll let you get in, it’s pretty frustrating to stare at a 47 inch tv that cost you an extra $64.50 just to find out that you’ll have to pay at least double that to watch something beyond Hollywood Homicide or a John Tesh bio-doc from I believe 1987. The folks that worked there were great. The off season rate was reasonable, but would not pay more for the room than what we did. If the tv and/or hot tub situation was fixed, we’d definitely consider staying again as we are in the area all the time.

Super basic. You won't want to be in your room except to sleep and shower. NO USB PORTS - bring a wall plug-in charger. NO CABLE TV - to use the TV at all you have to cast from your phone or bring an HDMI cable and a laptop. Sheets and towels smell like Chlorox - probably a good thing. The room had a strong sweet flowery smell - of you're fragrance-sensitive this is not the place for you. There's a bank of security cameras on a screen in the lobby, so I did feel very secure. Clean and inexpensive, zero frills.

Electrical plugs were dangerously over loaded. Noisy due to poorly insulated windows. Durango has a homeless issue. My keys did not function on morning of my check oit and the morning receptionist was 30 minutes late opening up. I needed to make two trips to bring my stuff to the car and was locked out and had to wait for the morning staff to arrive before I could get the rest of my stuff. Their emergency number was not set up.

Motel was very old. Needs to be updated. Heater was one like you would put under your desk, we had to unplug it because of the noise. Price was way too much for the room we got. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Ask for a room in the back, it may be less noisy.

Staff is super friendly. Older, run-down place. Rooms were stuffy, had some over-powering air freshener scent, and the mattress has seen better days. Sinks are too tall for the vanity, and no where to hang towels. We did not get much sleep, because the place is super noisy, being right on the main road. Traffic does not really quiet down. We skipped breakfast (not really sure if there was one), since another guest parked outside our room turned their car engine on at 6:20am, and woke us. Their truck still idling when we left at 7:15am. With costs of everything increasing, this place for $115/night was over-priced.
