「Beautiful facility! Exceptional breakfast daily. Staff is warm and very helpful. While it is somewhat close to the Metro, it is far from most of the famous sites. The Metro is quite limited so we walked when possible and took cabs. Highly recommend!!」

「I loved my weeks stay at the Cross Hotel. The staff was very professional and extremely helpful. Helping with rides to and from airport, directions and rides to great restaurants the best sites and all the touristy things I wanted and needed. The breakfast included was my favorite. There was a great variety of hot food that filled me for most of the day. I traveled solo and recommend this Hotel to anyone headed to Rome. Ps: I forgot to mention the Garden bar and rooftop! So much fun. 」

「I had the most pleasant stay for 2 nights at this hotel! Stefano was very kind and welcoming and communicated so well with me before, during, and after my stay he is so kind! I arrived an hour later after a flight delay and he stayed longer before closing to welcome me and show me my room. The breakfast is so great and staff are so friendly and attentive to all guests. The location was perfect and close to all the important sites as well as local stations. I will definitely return after this...

「They must mention it is an apartment not hotel and the phone number was not correct, the address not easy to found, no signage .. 」

「the staff is really nice, we got big help.just take bus 105 &50 from train terminal than walk few minutes. and the bus 81&51 near hotel can go to famous pointview. It's very convenient. We arrival Lodi at 8, and we are hungry and tired. The staff help us to call to order pizza with no extra charge and no service charge in pizza, it's really nice.」

「Very good. Cheap price. Easy to go from/to everywhere by train/metro.」

「This hotel can easily reach by metro and buses. There were not many choices in breakfast buffet. hotel staff were nice and attentive, the man in the reception described sightseeing locations to us in details by using a map. He also made great suggestions on restaurant and transportation. Highly recommend.」
