Nice Spaceous room and bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed ,with memory foam mattress and pillow. Only downfall was that sheets were spotted and not in prestine condition.A bit far away from main attractions in Rome . 35min walk to Colosseum and 40min walk to main train station in town.

Rent och fräscht, men beskrivningen av rummet var ”antingen två enkelsängar och en kingsize ELLER två kingsize”. Eftersom vi var vänner och inte par som reste så lät det toppen. Inga av rummen hade dock mer än en säng. Så hur rummen ska funka till fyra personer vet jag inte. Finns en stor soffa bestående av kuddar på golvet, men inget man vill sova i. Inget bagagerum. Området är ganska trevligt, mer lokalbefolkning än turistområde. Nära tunnelbana. Incheckning verkar kräva att man har WhatsApp, bra att tänka på om man inte har datatrafik i sitt mobilabonnemang

La habitación está muy bien, bonita, moderna y limpia. El baño también está bien. Las camas son raras, los colchones no son de muelles, ni viscoelástico ni látex o similar. Son más bien duros, pero no son incómodos. Faltaría algún colgador para las toallas en el baño. En la cocina compartida, podría haber un microondas para que fuese funcional. Está bastante cerca del centro. Buena zona. Tranquilo y silencioso.

Struttura nuova, arredata bene. Funzionale in tutto tranne che per i divani letto, che così non possono chiamarsi. Si tratta infatti di 2 materassi di spessore ridotto, scomodi e senza appoggio in una rete sollevata o in doghe. La seconda notte abbiamo dovuto far dormire i bambini nel letto matrimoniale con noi.

Ottimo stile.

La struttura e' nuova e si stratta di una ristrutturazione di un vecchio edificio. Gli interni , in stile industry, sono curatissimi in ogni particolare e trovi oggettistica che non trovi in nessun altro b&b oppure guest house. Molto spaziose le camere e anche la zona colazione. Ottimi wifi e aria condizionata. La posizione e' eccellente per gli spostamenti a piedi e in metro, e ci sono dei parcheggi intorno con disco orario e a pagamento. E' molto accogliente ed e' piacevole passare qualche ora all'interno delle sue camere.

We got a really warm welcome and helful information from the owners. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We liked the area the hotel is located as well: it's not far from centro storico, there is a lively area full of bars and restaurants close by and it's relatively close to stazione termini, which is what we were looking for. I'd recommend the place and would be back next time I'm in Rome. Thank you again for a great stay!
