「Very clean. New everything. Love the building and the classic elevator. My only comments to management is maybe provide a suitcase stand or two. Otherwise very nice place.」

「Everything was excellent, with the only exception being the music played over the loudspeakers in the hotel’s common areas at midnight is unnecessary.」

「Our stay was great. Renato and his staff are amazing. He was always available when we needed him, gave us recommendations on what to do around as well as safety tips. One note. When you arrive to the place, don’t get fooled by the old elevator. It actually works great. Remember to go to floor # 4. I will definitely come back to this place again! We love the family environment」

「Excelente todo, muchas gracias !!」

「Avoid, doesn't look like the listing, much smaller and the walls are paper thin, we got disturbed at midnight till the early hours with the room across the hall. There is no privacy and the room is not clean. No check in staff and told to communicate over WhatsApps. Unhelpful and rude staff over the phone and constantly demanding payment without any notice.」

「The best part of this hotel was the staff, so friendly and helpful it made the hotel feel very welcoming, close walk to train station and restaurants. Great place to stay」

「It was super clean great A/C. It was very cool and had everything you needed, would definitely stay again. Just know you have to pay a tax per person in person which I wasn’t aware of before arriving. Leo was great and sent a link because we didn’t have the euros. Excellent stay!」
