「It was a lovely stay at the Cereate Suites. Nicely located in a quiet neighborhood, it is only a 10 minute walk to the San Giovanni subway station. Nice cafe and supermarket nearby. The apartment is nicely decorated and has the best shower amongst the hotels I have stayed in Italy so far. More importantly it has a washer dryer which suits our needs. The best was the service provided by the Property Manager Luna who gave good instructions on checking in as well as waiting for us to arrive...

「We had a Privilege, Double Room. Like: - The bed was sizable and comfortable for 2 persons - Toilet was ok sized - Room size was pretty sizable too - The roof top pool had amazing view and good for cooldown during summer heat - bar up at roof was reasonably priced too - close to colosseum within 5-10 mins walk Did not like: - hotel is a bit dated interior - the windows are incredibly small so the room was quite dark overall - a lot of amenities were very basic, including cups for drinking...

「Ho alloggiato nella stanza 2 veramente un gioiello! Pulita e silenziosa.

「We have a few complaints about this property and stay. First, the room had cleanliness issues with the build up of dust, bugs, bedsheets (dirty and stained) and the toilet had stains left over. The staff was unhelpful, trying to get us to pay cash for our city tax, not giving information on the stay upon check-in, unhelpful during checkout process, and asking guests to return the key every time they leave the hotel made it seem like we were sneaking out. The water in the room was nice...
