「Very clean. New everything. Love the building and the classic elevator. My only comments to management is maybe provide a suitcase stand or two. Otherwise very nice place.」

「Adding to my first review: The bed in the Standard Room with queen bed was very hard. There is no pillow top mattress or down comforter as advertised in the listing. Along with the noise from the tram that passes right outside your window and the paper-thin walls which allow every single noise from neighboring rooms (including conversations) through, the hard bed will be another reason you can’t get proper rest.」

「Probably the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered in the hotel. Extremely helpful. Room was spotless and maintained daily with fresh towels etc. Great breakfast, including espresso and cappuccino, great pastries, eggs, bacon, etc. I would definitely rebook.」

「This property was very convenient for touring the Colosseum and for the train station. The elevator makes it easy as well. Valeria was a pleasure to be around.」

「空間小巧，一個人住很合適 附近還有好吃的餐廳，離地鐵站近」

「It’s not 100% four stars hotel」

「Nice location 」

「Our stay was great. Renato and his staff are amazing. He was always available when we needed him, gave us recommendations on what to do around as well as safety tips. One note. When you arrive to the place, don’t get fooled by the old elevator. It actually works great. Remember to go to floor # 4. I will definitely come back to this place again! We love the family environment」

「房間整潔乾淨且現代化設計，唯獨冷氣機壞掉，只能送風，導致晚上非常的悶熱」

「enjoyable and very social with nice daily events. very well centered location with food spots and amenities near by」

「Excelente todo, muchas gracias !!」

「We had a Privilege, Double Room. Like: - The bed was sizable and comfortable for 2 persons - Toilet was ok sized - Room size was pretty sizable too - The roof top pool had amazing view and good for cooldown during summer heat - bar up at roof was reasonably priced too - close to colosseum within 5-10 mins walk Did not like: - hotel is a bit dated interior - the windows are incredibly small so the room was quite dark overall - a lot of amenities were very basic, including cups for drinking...

「Avoid, doesn't look like the listing, much smaller and the walls are paper thin, we got disturbed at midnight till the early hours with the room across the hall. There is no privacy and the room is not clean. No check in staff and told to communicate over WhatsApps. Unhelpful and rude staff over the phone and constantly demanding payment without any notice.」

「Great」
