「Super schönes Hotel in einer schönen kleinen Stadt. Das Gebäude ist schon wunderschön anzusehen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einem großen Bett und angenehmen und komfortablen Kissen. Das Bad ist sehr groß mit Badewanne ausgestattet. 「Hemos estado una noche y lo que más destaco es la amabilidad del personal. L@s recepcionistas son encantadores. Dormimos en una habitación de tres y está bastante bien,por ponerle un pero , hacia y día de perros, aire lluvia y mucho frío, la habitación es grande y el radiador no calentaba demasiado, pero tiene mantas y almohadas a mayores en el armario, así que problema resuelto. 「Alojamiento práctico por ubicación pero la zona está llena de indigentes. Me robaron el movil a 200m del hotel.」

「Excellent hotel, very smart and classy, the staff were fantastic and go over and beyond customer service. The area is well situated for the old town which the best part of Bilbao to stay, with easy access to plenty of great restaurants, bars and eateries. Transport links are also very good with trams on the doorstep and bus/train stations within a five minute walk. All in all an excellent hotel and stay. Mark room 14 」

「Very convenient facility and good staffs , but it's too long to clean the room by 4 days. The environment is not very safe.」

「Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. 「Fint og velholdt hotell. Vi fikk et stort og fint familierom, standarden var bra og alt virket nytt/bra vedlikeholdt og rent. Den eneste bemerkningen var at den kom med en kapsel-kaffemaskin der man fikk 2 kapsler for hele oppholdet vårt på 4 netter, kapselene kunne heller ikke kjøpes på noe supermarked.
