"We stayed just one night. (thankfully) The young man checking us in was very nice although I asked for the top 3rd floor and got 2nd floor. Sure enough, the guests above us were obnoxious. Dropping something like a cell phone on the floor throughout the night. Children were running & screaming all over the place, up & down the stairs, everywhere. They were having great fun for no less than 2 hours from 9pm to 11pm at least. When I say screaming... It was non-stop. Unbelievable that parents would allow that. Unacceptable that the staff didn't put that to a quick stop. At 3:30am, a very loud pounding noise woke us up. Like someone pounding on a door repeatedly. That lasted about 20 minutes. Never could get back to sleep. This was daylight savings by the way!! Needless to say, we will never stay there again. We checked reviews before booking and regret not taking them seriously. I do not like leaving negative reviews... But only do it out of concern for the safety of others. The owners & management are responsible to make sure their guests have a safe & comfortable stay. That's what we paid for. We did not receive it. Pay a little more and stay in a more reputable hotel! "

"The location was good and close to downtown. The staff was very friendly but the property is somewhat run down. The elevators were broken our entire stay requiring us to climb seven flights of stairs everytime we left or returned to our room. Television didn't work properly. After several failed attempts to reach anyone at the front desk had to walk down the seven flights of stairs to request someone to repair it."
