「A great little hotel if you want to get some good rest while looking at the alps」

「We loved our stay at Il Giardinetto. The hotel is beautiful and right on the lake. We had a room with a balcony and lake view and really enjoyed the beautiful view every day for our first cup of coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. All the staff were charming and very helpful. We spent the night before at a hotel close to Milan airport, as we were arriving in the evening and worried about delays. Hotel Il Giardinetto arranged a car to come and pick us up...

「I loved the lakefront location and room with a view. Both the train station and bus stop are very convenient, my only disappointment was that boat service is suspended until April of 2027.」

「A great hotel in a fantastic location with a lovely pool. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.」

「This hotel was amazing! Great location, beautiful views overlooking lake orta. Beautiful walkway on the lake and the city was amazing and very walkable. Beds were comfortable, amazing bathroom! Great shower and double sinks. Wish we could have stayed here longer. We missed the breakfast as we had an early departure but it looked fantastic! Beautiful room and lots of selections.」

「職員友善，地點方便 附有早餐提供，職員安排使用洗衣服務亦很友善。」

「客房乾淨，早餐好吃，風景優美。距離車站很近又有免費接駁車。」

「Excellent」

「The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...

「Tutto bene」

「Our stay at the hotel in Zermatt was nothing short of perfection, far exceeding our five-star expectations. From the moment we checked in, the hospitality was warm and attentive, but the true highlight was receiving an unexpected complimentary upgrade to an even more luxurious room. Opening the curtains to the majestic, breathtaking view of the Matterhorn left us utterly spellbound—a serene, soul-stirring sight that made our mornings unforgettable. Every single detail of the experience was pure...

「服務親切，環境優美，早餐豐富可口，房間整體規劃非常好，值得推薦的好飯店。」
