「When we got to the hotel they said they don't participate with Hotels.com and refused to accept our voucher even after we showed them both hard copy and email versions of the voucher. No one actually spoke any English so we had to use translation programs on our phones to communicate. We paid to stay there anyway. It turned out that the location was outside of the city center and hard to get to. The air conditioning leaked water into the room so we had to turn it off. Breakfast was very poor...

「In general, the rooms are lacking of maintenance: no stable hot water supply, tap water is milky, air-conditioner isn't functioning properly, the bed and pillows aren't comfortable, and the toilet has odors. But the location is very good, near the big shopping mall Dostyk Plaza. And the front desk staff is helping, willing to change room for us. 「The bed was comfy, the pillows were decent and the staff was nice. The location was fairly close but easier to get to things via a scooter or quick rideshare. The AC also worked well. The WiFi was unusably slow, you couldn't even stream music or use YouTube or any other app on the provided TV. If you plan to stay at the hotel at all, you'll need a decent mobile data package.
