「It’s an ok hotel, bed sheet not clean, I found few hair on the 1st day, but bkf is ok, front desk speak English, like most of 3 star hotel, house keeping is a problem, rest of thing all good」

「Simple, great location however room size is super small. Difficult to move around with luggage, no elevator so pack lite. Good breakfast 」

「In general, the rooms are lacking of maintenance: no stable hot water supply, tap water is milky, air-conditioner isn't functioning properly, the bed and pillows aren't comfortable, and the toilet has odors. But the location is very good, near the big shopping mall Dostyk Plaza. And the front desk staff is helping, willing to change room for us. But the staff doesn't know how to register our stay in Almaty with the Immigration authorities, when this is a must for every tourist staying more...

「Small hotel inside a building. The room is always a little noisy because of the traffic, even at night. Asked me to pay for breakfast but it was included in the reservation. 」
