The carpets in the room and hallway were gross and desperately need shampooed or replaced with flooring other than carpet that does not hold smells!」

「Pool floor was dirty and there was a band aid floating in it. Continental breakfast was very bad...stale muffins, crusty microwaved sausage links. The floor in our room was dirty and in need of vaccuming. Receptionist seemed unfriendly and grumpy when asked questions about local events.」

They charged us $16 for parking that was supposed to be free. When we questioned it they said it would be removed but has not after a week and a half.」
