「We really enjoyed our stay at the Resort. Everything was to our liking. If I had to suggest something, it would be lake access for guest from the shuttle. We wanted to see the lake but only found private places to view from. And also there wasnt any local shopping. Overall it is a very nice getaway. We loved it. 」

Despite efforts by Hotels.com to assist, we were unable to receive any refund...even after only staying one of the two nights.
