「We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available.
