「The property had broken boards along the walkway. This was unsafe for everyone. The patio furniture had broken arm rails! The back yard pool was not in use and this was inconvenient. The couch was stained and dirty. The only positive was the place was clean in the sleeping areas with clean bed linens and plenty of towels were provided for our use. 」

「Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. I will never use Hosteeva again. They don't care, just...

「We had an amazing time!! The location was great, the view was amazing. Only little minor things, when we got in and ready for my boys to go to bed in the small beds, both had sand all over the sheets, I understand it's a beach stay but was concerned that they weren't properly washed. Check in and out was easy, we didn't have to do anything besides read our email, they left car permits ready to go on the counters, we would definitely stay there again!」
