「Very poorly maintained. Staff was not helpful at all. Should have English speaking or Atleast some staff who can understand English. Room was ordinary. They said about 24/7 shuttle service . It was only available from airport to hotel and just one time and need to inform 4 hours prior. Bathroom was also not maintained. It’s not about being lavish but Atleast things can be maintained.」

However, the hotel uses a strong perfume scent throughout the corridors, elevators, entrance, and common areas. The fragrance is intolerable and unnecessary for a new and well-maintained hotel.」

「The amount I was charged at check-in was more than the amount quoted by hotels.com. The receptionist took the initiatives to explain to me it was due to VAT. Although the increased amount was more than 5%, appreciated the way the receptionist communicated with me. The room quality was OK, but the housekeeping wasn't done on the first day as they said "everyday they clear the room for 1 time, so the check-in date won't get housekeeping service".
