「Firstly when we were coming from Jeddah airport no one knew their location. They are not known. When we found the hotel. We spoke that we booked the hotel. And they didn’t bother checking the system. The manager did not even bother to check. They made us wait 30minutes. The lifts was not working. Upstairs was so hot, the AC was not working as it was not giving cold air. So overall I was not happy and would not recommend at all」

「Orans Suites 2 is always wonderful. I’d rather stay here than any other place. The stafff are wonderful and very attentive and willing to help you with anything. The hotel is older, but in very good condition. I very much enjoy this place. It is centrally located to many places and we find it just lovely.」

「No twin bed available & we got upgrade to another room. However the door lock was broken & we were unable to open the door upon return. There was a big round bed but it was very short in length & I don’t think it will fit any guy」

「The address on Hotel.com is incorrect! No one knew the apartment by Moments and the address is for a pharmacy called Al Nahdi on Hira Street. After finally getting through to the management of the apartment, I was informed that the appartment block is actually called 'Lahdat' and further down Hira Street. Other then that, we enjoyed our stay at Lahdat. 」

「The property is gorgeous. I stayed in one of the apartments, which was huge and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything is a short, uber ride away. Employees were very attentive and professional. Excellent stay. The only thing to pay attention to is the name of the hotel.
