「I booked a 3 bedroom apartment. One washroom shower had a big crack on the floor. We took picture and reported to the reception desk. They didnt switch our room. When we took shower, the whole washroom got filled with water. We reported to the reception. They gave us a wiper to clear the floor. Also due to the crack on the floor, the shower floor was shaky and unsafe to use. Also, the description of the apartment stated, there is a sofa bed in the living room. But in reality, it was just a sofa...

「We needed somewhere to stay for a short period of time. It was very good value for money. Nice and clean apartment. They even allowed us late check out. Would definitely recommend if uou are looking for a short stay in Jeddah for a reasonable price」
