Theft inside the resort.

The staff (including the General Manager of the Resort) did not cooperate with us when some “visitor” stole from us, basically what happened is that the workers in the hotel found our stuff and they did not handle it to the Lost & Found office, instead, they gave it to this stranger person!, I asked the security to review the cameras to identify the person, but they said “we are not responsible” and they did not support us. In general, the resort was cool but the price was very expensive comparing to the room size and the provided services, I do not recommend this place, you may found better options near.

Worse experience ever

The villa is not very clean and the front desk is very rude don’t waist your money they have tiny beach for kids with broken umbrellas and be aware from food my kids get food poising. Too much money for bad and 1 star service Don’t get fooled by pictures

The place was wondurful from design perspective. Well taken care of. The food was bad. Dinner and the breakfast next morning. The drinks had no taste in them. The beach settings was in a bad shape.
