A cosmopolitan city with great night life
Crowded city with traffic
The city is horrible in terms of traffic and pollution. No public transport. Too crowded with mix of dilapidated and new structures. Light goes off sometimes.

I only went to my work office and the JW Marriott so I don't have much of an opinion of the city itself other than the general poverty as compared to North American or European countries
