From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was absolutely amazing—welcoming, efficient, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The hotel's services are top-notch; the laundry service was prompt and returned everything in pristine condition. Additionally, the dining options on-site are fantastic. Every restaurant delivered great food and excellent service. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Pune and look forward to returning!"

"Spent 6 nights at the crown plaza, this was my 3rd stay at this hotel. Rooms were ok but the beds were terrible and uncomfortable. Also there were food stains and rips on the bedding. Food was good and plenty to eat for everyone. Service was very slow and often found myself wait just to get a simple cup of coffee. My biggest complaint was the room cards. Every time I stepped out and then came back my card stopped working. Every day at least 3 times I had to go to reception to get my key card reset. It was painful and extremely annoying. I was meant to come back to this hotel after I came back from Goa but this put me off and I decided to book at the Conrad instead. I was very disappointed with my stay at the Crown Plaza this time around."
