「Overall stay was good. Food was excellent. Service was average. Reception staff was not not customer friendly. Verbal instruction were given. The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. This needs to be mentioned specially during room booking in these hotels.」

「Extremely polite and professional staff. However, the buffet dinner timing should be extended from 8-10 pm to at least 8-11 pm. Not every guest is habituated with finishing their meal by 10 PM. Also, the buffet counters are removed after the cut off time which means your food tends to get cold. If course the staff was courteous enough to serve food after 10 PM. However, if the timing is extended, it saves everyone the hassle.」

「They had already given the Villa to someone else and I booked from hotels.com
They did not consider my confirmed reservation and I was left with no reservation. No one was picking up the call, there were agents outside Villa which was so weird. The listing in the website is like a scam, do not reserve from hotels.com. I hv no idea what is going to happen to my money now. Worst experience ever.」
