Perfect location Panoramic rooms are older and not maintained well as compared to grand rooms, rooms has regular lock and key instead of card Reception staff - very friendly Breakfast- delicious In room dining - good food quality however service poor Housekeeping- good staff Pool - very well maintained Overall it was good stay

Good set up , good rooms , scenic view. Spa was not operating , should have announced in advance since there are very few places around to spend time, mainly before rainy season. Reception does not have any information about the places around the location.

Very nice small resort. We stayed in the old chalets and they were ok all though a bit worn particularly the bathroom. If you prefer the modern and new alternative book that. What particularly made our stay special was Mr Bishnu narayan padhee who took very good care of us in the restaurant. Always there to help and offering nothing but the best of service. Very good restaurant and a nice cool pool. Be aware that you cannot use any kind of international credit or debit cards. Its informed on Hotels.com that you should pay on spot but not that it needs to be cash. This caused some unnecessary trouble for us. Nice view snd good walking (steep) possibilities just outside the resort

For a weekend gateway its an excellent resort with just 12 rooms its quite cosy and in the lap of nature. Ine xan have many treks nearby and wonderful places to visit.

Good Stay

We had a lovely stay at the Residency Club. Check in and check out was smooth and the staff was cooperative. The room has a great view of the lake. Small hotel with only aroudn 12 cottages. Recommended to come and stay with friends and family.

Beautiful place. Very neat and clean. Staff is humble. Good place for a small and quick vacation. When it comes to food. Good qualtand taste but limited menu. Good spot for a romantic or family outing.

Excellent place to be at...

overall experience was awesome. The courtious staff, delicious food, awesome ambience...the natural habitat around and the cleanliness of the rooms...everything was awesome and up to the mark. Good place to celebrate anniversaries and arrange events. Upon request and small amount of extra charges, resort allows and decors the room beautifully!!

Nice hotel facing the lake

Pros: 1. All rooms are lake facing 2. Big sized rooms and bathrooms 3. Very clean and well maintained property 4. Tastefully designed 5. Table tennis, board games and pool table was a good addition Cons: 1. Food is very mediocre 2. Buffet spread was minimal. We were forced to opt for buffet, couldn't order ala carte for lunch 3. Not differently abled friendly. We had a senior citizen who had difficulty walking and she had to climb the stairs up and down all the time. 4. Games area gets very foul smell.

Beautiful Location and Cottages

This is a very nice resort in very close vicinity of Pune.. just about 50Km away... This is real good resort.. cottages are too good.. nice landscape.. nice furniture.. big enough... and perfect place to enjoy view and relax... Food is very good, room service is very good... staff is very nice and supportive... enjoyed stay...

Soothing and comforting

The property is located 300 meters up from the lake. The resort is amazingly beautiful amidst lush green surroundings. The lake is a reservoir of Mulshi dam. The hills around the lake gives awesome view and this superb natural beauty can be enjoyed from the room itself. Pool, sports equipment, spa are the added advantage. Excellent food.

Horrible holiday

We had booked 5 rooms for 21st Oct and 3 rooms for 22nd Oct in Residency Lake Resort on 27th Sep 2017. We paid the amount due in advance. The email we got from Expedia states the rooms are booked and confirmed. When we reached the resort on 21st Oct, the hotel denied us rooms saying the hotel is sold out. The holiday of 3 families of which 2 were from Mumbai was ruined and we had to come back dejected.

My view on the Lakeview

Nestled in the hub of nature, the resort surely gives you a feeling of serenity and completeness. The ambience is amidst nature , the rooms and decor are just right to set your mood as you get lost in nature's arms . The view from the patio is amazing as you see the horizon . The staff and their services were good. The food was delicious. The deck with table tennis and snooker is just right . The pool with attached with the dip bar is perfect.

Nice Resort Close to Mulshi Lake

Overall it was a good experience. The resort staff is helpful and polite. Would recommend staying here. Although the food was good, I believe there should me more options available.
