「This is a very good hotel in the Al Salama neighbourhood of Jeddah. I was allowed a slightly early check in by fron staff, Samih, who was very kind and considerate. On the day of my check-in, however, there were wifi range issues. But Faazil, the IT manager fixed it well after some follow ups from my end. The breakfast staff was very welcoming. Food was okay; the staff at the live counter were very prompt. It's an easy location for Uber drivers to find. There's an Al Baik takeaway store right...

「Good location, friendly and helpful 24hr reception staff, helpful 24hr potter, however we needed to convince housekeeping staff to provide us with 5 towels as we were 5 people in a grand apartment! Initially we weren’t even given hand towels and bath mats which was very strange.」
