「Just I have few concerns about the room」

「The Acoustic isnt as should be 」

「The rooms are like the photos shown on expedia. The AC works really good in the Arabia heat. Check in and check out time was very flexible. The rooms were spacious. Stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Good for small families, 4 adults 1 or 2 children. Only downside is al bawadi area is on the dirtier side. Also wifi was unreliable (I think this is common in Saudi). The building and room itself was excellent.」

「They don't clean the room we have to asked to change and no towels Iask but they don't respond. They don't care its so disappointed. 」

「Very good budget short stay with essentials needed. Hearty breakfast with mediterranean flavours, nice air con and tidy facilities. The gym was good and not crowded! The window view wasn't so nice though. Nice and helpful staff.」

「Bad experience - poor customer service and unclean rooms.」

「Nice hotel and clean」

「No staff」

「The way they handled my booking turned into an argument! I provided booking confirmation and they couldn't find it until they contacted someone else to help but were very argumentative! Secondly, the young guy who handles the service to the room was very rude and unpleasant to deal with asking simply for towels! 」
