「The amount I was charged at check-in was more than the amount quoted by hotels.com. The receptionist took the initiatives to explain to me it was due to VAT. Although the increased amount was more than 5%, appreciated the way the receptionist communicated with me. The room quality was OK, but the housekeeping wasn't done on the first day as they said "everyday they clear the room for 1 time, so the check-in date won't get housekeeping service". However, it's true I checked in late at 2PM due...

「Hotel needs to update their amenities, I booked this hotel because of free airport shuttle, but at the check-in time they said they don’t offer anymore and I end up spending around SR 35, which is over $10. 「What a spectacular find in Jeddah. Usually I would stay further south in the city. However, this location is so much better. It's safer. It's closer to a world of choices of food to pick from. On top of all these, the service is great, the place is kept clean and the food provided is abundant and clean. 」
