We feel so lucky to have found this hotel! The staff were so nice! Hospitable and kind. Obviously service is a huge deal here - everyone from housekeeping to front desk to restaurant staff were amazing. Food and 24 hr room service was superb. Rooms are quiet and with great AC. Close to large supermarket. ~15 mins to airport by uber. We will definitely stay here again. C

Great hotel, very clean and excellent service by all the staff. Good pool but worth noting not for females. Good central location for exploring Jeddah. Would defiantly visit again.

They made us wait 15 mins despite confirmation. Then starting at 10 AM there was music blasting from a wedding on the floor above. We had to change rooms after unpacking which was inconvenient. They did give us another room but no other concessions were made. The restaurant menu was also very pricey for Jeddah. Not staying here again.

My worst trip to Jeddah

We stayed in the hotel for two days and it was a business trip. The hotel price is very expensive and it is not worth this price at all. The food is very bad and the price is exaggerated. We asked for water at night, which is a room service in all hotels in the world, and in this hotel a sum of money is required for that. The hotel is located in a secluded place, far from all the vital areas in Jeddah. It has a bad view from all sides, despite the high room price. Staying in this hotel is useless compared to the expensive room price. I do not recommend this hotel at all for accommodation. The rooms are good, but there is noise all night until late hours due to the sound of singing and noise from the party hall. I am in Jeddah for work and I want to rest at night, and this hotel is very annoying. You cannot sleep due to the severity of the noise and chaos. I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all. I do not encourage anyone to stay in this hotel at all

Hotel is great with a few exceptions. The shower area is very inconvenient and too narrow. Also equipment at the gym is falling apart and is dangerous for people who may use them. I suggest that they either remove broken machines or mark them with some warning signs.
