"The Landmark was an excellent base for a few nights in Bangkok. Close to BTS sky train and night life. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. They did everything expected to make our stay as excellent as it could be "

"The breakfast menu lacked variety, but the options available were manageable. There's a 7/11 nearby, some restaurants 3 minute walk from the hotel, there's a laundromat, spa as well within very close proximity. The bed was very hard making it hard to sleep. In the hallway, there were dirty kitchen plates someone had left on the floor and I would see it abandoned there for 2 days, when staff should have removed it immediately. The front desk and hotel staff (doorman, baggage handler) offered overall great service. "
