「Did need to call for shuttle from airport but it was quick and driver was professional.」

「The place was beautiful. So neat and clean. The staff, overall was great, however, the server at the restaurant was alone, so she was a little overwhelmed, but, as I said, she was by herself, so she was working her butt off. 」

「Good if you dont mind a smell and just want to sleep. They are doing renovations which didnt help. The room was dated, the toilet paper holder was not attched to the wall cut out it was in. The people were great. The shower was awesome. I am 6 ft 3 in tall and i felt like a regular sized person in the shower.」

「The bed was uncomfortable and the AC blew warm air, even at 66°. When the front desk clerk checked on it, they said it was working fine. I believe the electricity being out localling and the immediate increase in guests affected the efficiency of our AC, due to the increase of guests (especially with children) we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub . It was due to unfortunate weather around the afea, not the hotel. 」

「very dated, shower knob and shower head not good! bed pretty wore out. paint pealing in shower area. toilet is super low. sink is low as well making a little difficult if you are tall. luckily i wasn’t in the room much while i was there (4days) i’ve stayed here several times in the past decade may be my last. 」

「The building was under renovation. We did not know that when we arrived. Our room was completed except for the cable not being hooked up. Their maintenance team worked nonstop until it was up and running. Overall it was nice considering the work being done. They had ran out of yogurt and the maintenance guy actually drove to the store to buy our kids yogurt! We though that was amazing, he definitely did not need to do that!」

「I pay at the hotel, but I didn't get the receipt.Hotel Reception told me ask Hotels.com, but I can't find where can download it . and I book one kingsize bed room,but she give me 2 beds room. and she said they don't have that time.」

「We stayed in colder temps. The heater worked great!!The room needed to be better swept and mopped. Internet access was a lil iffy. Staff was very nice. I did enjoy my stay.」

「It is difficult to rate the hotel as it is currently under construction. The hotel is old, hence the construction. The breakfast was eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, and waffles. There was cold cereal bowls and instant oatmeal. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite and each bedroom had a private bathroom.」

「When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review」
