「We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.」

「On arrival the owner, Paul met us with a very warm and friendly greeting. We were advised of how the placed worked -getting through the secure doors etc, and shown to reception. Paul was very attentive and friendly, giving the impression that nothing was too much trouble. The areas that we saw were very nicely decorated - to a high standard, and the whole place was very clean. The room was a good size, again very clean and well maintained.
