"This is an excellent sized property with large rooms, kitchen and entrance. Had two sets of patio doors which would be excellent to enter the garden in warmer months. Excellent location for Anfield and handy for the town. Would definitely recommend and would stay there on future visits. "

"We stayed for two nights(family of three with sofa bed). The location was convenient, and there was plenty of parking available. The room was fairly spacious, but the bathroom was quite outdated. The sink had a large crack, and the shower was slightly leaking. One of the lights was flickering, the overall lighting in the room was insufficient, and one of the bedside lamps was not working. The bed, however, was comfortable. The biggest issue was the poor soundproofing. From as early as 6 a.m., we could constantly hear children crying and shouting, running and jumping in the corridor. Even at night, there were multiple occasions where groups of children were running and yelling in the hallway. We could also hear people repeatedly slamming doors, which made the room shake. This may be due to inconsiderate guests, but better sound insulation would certainly help. "

"The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and I could highly recommend this place. Especially if you would like to visit some of stadiums there."

"False advertising - The images on the website do not match the reality (see attached photos). This isn't a minor difference it is incomparable. What is being advertised here is not actually what you get. Cleanliness - the accommodation was unclean, in fact it was the most unclean accommodation I have ever been to. (see attached photos). There where bags of rubbish on the outside area, flies, dirty rags and rubbish left in the property. Safety - The front door to the accommodation block wasn't locked and couldn't be locked meaning anyone from the street could walk into the block. The apartment itself also was not locked upon our arrival we pushed the door and could just walk in. (There was a key to lock it and a latch but upon arrival but again it didn't show it was a safe and secure place for me to stay with my young son)."

"I didn't stay. I never got sent check in instructions (code for the door etc) they never answered my messages and they didn't answer the phone. Absolute scam. Do not book this. Had to fork out for an emergency Travelodge "

"Good retail park with food spots and cinema near by. Clean room, just needs updating. "
